Hi, I just had my first consult . The staff was very feiendly and this place is awesome. Jordan mademe very comfortable and showed me how I can get my surgery can be made possible. She was very helpful and accomodating. I can’t wait to get my surgery and achieve my Monalisa waist.

He was incredibly patient and compassionate with the problem I was having, and even if he is unable to resolve it, I appreciate how professional he was. I hope that I’m able to get the Cosmetic procedure I was hoping for, plus a few others. Even if I can’t, I am still always grateful and appreciative when people are particularly kind, so good job smart she body for hiring such a great employee. PS I really don’t know this gentleman and I don’t know anybody else who works there, But he does seem like a very friendly person. Also,I’ve never been there, and I’m not secretly paid to make positive comments. Look at my past comment history you’ll see that I believe in making positive comments and not and -ones. Praise in public, correct in private. At least, that’s what I tell my daughter and try to do with her. So, I hope I’m really able to work with this company, and get the cosmetic procedures I believe they will be very effective in changing my appearance in confidence for the better.

I am 4 days post-op. My experience has been better than I imagined. From my very first consultation to my last post op visit, I have had every expectation met. My surgery was easy and painless. The staff has been amazing in walking me through the whole process and Dr Miles has great bed side manner and is very informative. I am far from seeing my final results but after just 4 days my waist is so tiny and my body is taking the exact shape I expected! I highly recommend smart shape!

Haven't even been but I won't ever go after my so call virtual consultation, first they gave me the run around for over 4 weeks. After the 4th week I called to find out what was going on for them to put me on the phone with some guy who made me feel so ugly and fat... I will not go here, it really hurts to know that they treat new customers like this. Only the lady who answered the phone was pleasant.

Called to make an appointment using a Groupon. Discussed desired procedure and the area I wanted treated. The person scheduling the appt said the Groupon would apply to the procedure I wanted done. Arrived at appointment on time. Waited for nearly an hour to be seen by Dr. Miles. After telling me I was a suitable candidate he sent in his "upseller". The salesman of the office then told me the Groupon procedure that was advertised wouldn't be enough for what I wanted done despite being told it would be honored over the phone. He then told me it would be an additional $800 above and beyond the $299 advertised price. I showed them the exact groupon and procedure they said they would do as part of the Groupon on the Groupon website. They said too bad, the price was what it was. Total waste of my time. They are all about the upsell here. Don't bother, they are not going to honor what they advertise for the price advertised. Would not recommend to anyone. Scammers! Groupon has turned into a platform for scam doctors to get you in the door for the upsell!

At first I was very unsure about getting a BBL.. because of how insecure I am as a person, But this experience truly is a life changing experience. Its now been almost 3 weeks since I got my BBL and I am so happy with my result. The staff are amazing, very professional, and super helpful. I'm 7 months post operation and absolutely love my results! I got a bbl and it came out perfect, I told him that I wanted something that goes with my body and it does. The lipo came out very good as well. I just recommended my friend here, the place is clean, recovery is fast and someone was there to answer my questions at all times. I'm going to get lipo on my back now I will be updating in a year letting everybody know if my bbl shrinks anymore cause that's the only thing I'm worried about since it did shrink quite a bit from 3 months to 7 months. However it was an Overall amazing experince.

After consulting with 4 other different places and paying over $1000 worth of deposits for procedures I ended up canceling due to my “gut” feelings; I finally ran across Smart Shape. From my virtual consultation to my follow up visits, everyone was amazing. I came down alone from out of town for my procedure and Nurse Jessica was absolutely wonderful. She went over and beyond for me by coming to my hotel room to care for me after the procedure. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. I’ve told everyone that’ll listen here in Atlanta how wonderful they are. I’ll definetely be back !

Has to be one of the nicest buildings in this part of Tampa. They make you feel very welcome. I met with Jordan and she answered every question I had and didn’t put any pressure on me to schedule right away which made me feel better. Can’t wait to have the body I’ve always dreamed of!

I have been researching a doctor for awhile and I finally found the best one to me I had a 360 liposuction done and dr Miles is the best I had a awesome experience and great results and the staff (Mary, Victoria, Jessica are my favorite) everyone is always polite and very helpful with any questions I’m never disappointed. The staff is awesome in terms of being nice. However... I hate the results of my BBL. After a year and 4 months I don't see much of a difference from the operation for the price... I felt pain during the surgery and remember crying out. Healing was awfully painful and uncomfortable too. I feel like I wasted alot of money and am back to square one. Literally..

I had surgery in April just two months all my bbl fat died and lost of appetite low self esteem issues after lipo I felt loss of eating felt nausea the anesthesia gave my post operational depression something the doctor doesn’t mention at your consult not happy at all I would do anything to go back to the day before I had surgery to not do this procedure thanks smart shape body’s you guys really put me in a great state of mind with my inner self all this lead to drinking depression pills to all the women who consider body surgery I though the same thinking it was going to make me feel better I suggest you go to the gym save your money for your membership instead of throwing away 7000 dollars ! Do not go! When I went to get my BBL I felt EVERYTHING. I was screaming and crying when the girl held my hand. It was so traumatizing. Also for my first scheduled appt, the surgery never showed up and I fell asleep in the office waiting. It was VERY unprofessional. I get another BBL done in Miami because I was disappointed in the results. The Dr I’m going to in Miami is cerified, uses anesthesia (better to work with due to people not moving around due to extreme pain) the price includes post op massages which I found out is a MUST. And in Miami they do 12 areas to LIPO from. I can’t believe the amount I paid with dr miles and the results. I regret it almost everyday.

From the first time I contacted Sculp HD I have had nothing but a excellent experience. I spoke with Mike who made me feel very comfortable and schedule my consultation with Dr. Miles. Once I private office it's very clean and professional( just something that is important to me it's a lot about the business) I met with the Dr. Miles I was very impressed by his calm demeanor he made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I will get the exact results I was looking for. I was so comfortable in fact as soon as I was done with the consultation I Immediately scheduled for my procedure! My surgery was set for 5:30 AM and I have to admit I was a little nervous since they said I would only be under local Anastasia. I did a lot of research to see how that was going to go. Morning of my surgery I met with Victoria who went over the aftercare with me she made me feel Eddie's and assured me everything was going to go very smooth. I'll happily say it truly did. I was conscious enough to know what was going on and listen to the docs instructions but never felt an ounce of pain!!!! Right after my surgery girls help me get into my compression garment were very kind and caring and walk me out to the lobby where I met my husband. I went home took a nap woke back up change my bandages and I have been great every sense. Everyday I am shrinking more and more and I am ecstatic with my results! Ladies and gentlemen if you have been thinking about doing this procedure it truly does change your life do not listen to the negative people go and meet with the girls in the office Jordan, Sherry and Victoria are amazing and meet with Dr. Miles and form your own opinion! Every time I called with 1 million different questions and trust me I really have, the girls answered them with no problems and always made me feel comfortable! I had my Brazilian Butt Lift done in April of 2016, the staff makes you feel very comfortable with very good bed side manor. I am now having them do my Dysport for my face and Juvederm for lips. The PRP is bomb for facials and butt lifts, I recommend Smart Shape Body to all my friends for everything. They get 5 stars in my book for performance and high technology and experience!

I had a procedure done on 8/3 and to be completely honest, i think i called once a week up until that date. I was so nervous, The staff here is awesome. Happy with my results, the girls were helpful in everything from financing to the lymphatic massages. Whenever theres a concern, they got back to me right away. I would highly recommend Dr.Miles. Just came from taking my daughter in for a consultation .....First impression was while signing in, the reception desk was covered with tiny ants crawling around .......secondly, we waited for 45 minutes and still no one had called us back yet. We finally just left. Very disappointing experience.

AMAZING RESULTS LOVE DR. MILES AND HIS STAFF

I have been to this office once before for winning a free VELA SHAPE session and must i say i highly enjoyed my visit ! The building was easy to find, the staff is so nice and their offers are endless!! I felt comfortable right off bat, got my service and went about my day easyily. Can’t wait to come back soon and get my nice procedure !!!!! DR. Miles is always doing so much for his patients and treats his smart shape fam like gold. Awesome job!!

For years I have not felt comfortable in my own skin until I met Dr. Miles and his staff. From beginning to end I have had all the support a patient could ask for. The staff goes above and beyond patient expectations and are very accommodating. The 2 surgeries I had went so smoothly and the results I have received are amazing!!
