The 2024 NRL season is rolling along at a rapid pace, and a host of injuries to key players are rocking the competition.

Joey Many and Xavier Coates are the latest major additions to their club's casualty wards, both set for extended periods on the sideline.

Nathan Cleary and Tom Trbojevic suffered hamstring injuries which have caused havoc for their sides and their state, although the duo are nearing their returns.

The Broncos are having to do without their playmaker Adam Reynolds, while the Warriors will be without Shaun Johnson after he pulled up lame during the Warriors' horror loss to the Titans.

Cameron Munster and Josh Addo-Carr have entered into the casualty ward long-term, whileTinoFa'asuamaleaui and Tom Gilbert have been ruled out for the season with ACL injuries.

BRISBANE BRONCOS

Broncosinjury news:

Fletcher Baker was sidelined with a knee injury during his side's loss in Round 17.

Jack Gosiewski suffered a suspected broken arm just a few minutes into his side's game against the Warriors.

Reece Walsh, Payne Haas and Patrick Carrigan have been rested this week after starring in Origin II. They are expected to be back for the Round 18 clash against Penrith.

Jordan Riki has copped a two-match ban for making dangerous contact on Cam Murray during his side's Round 15 loss to the Bunnies.

Adam Reynolds suffered a ruptured biceps against the Roostersin Round 9 and despite fears his season may be over, the halfback is set to return a few weeks before finals.

Ben Te Kura'sseason could be over after suffering a Lisfranc injury. He has been ruled out indefinitely.

CANBERRA RAIDERS

Raidersinjury news:

Jordan Rapana and Ata Mariota suffered head knocks in the closing stages of their loss to the Storm. The results of their HIAs are yet to be revealed.

Jordan Martin failed his HIA during Canberra's clash with the Storm and will likely be ruled out for 11 days.

Seb Kris was a late withdrawal in Round 17 with Ricky Stuart stating that he simply wanted to give his centre a rest.

Nick Cotric has been ruled out this week with a "minor ankle injury" he sustained during his side's Round 16 loss to the Tigers.

Jamal Fogarty had surgery after rupturing his biceps against the Broncos in Round 7. He will be out for between 12-14 weeks.

Zac Hoskinghas been sidelined with a dislocated shoulder since Round 6. He could spend up to three months out.

Pasami Saulo was ruled out in Round 9 due to a lower back injury with the forward out indefinitely.

Corey Harawira-Naera's future remains clouded. Ricky Stuart claimed the forward was facing early retirement after suffering a seizure last season.

CANTERBURY BULLDOGS

Connor Tracey was the victim of a high tackle during his side's loss to the Roosters and will be out of action for at least 11 days.

Kurt Mann has been issued with a two-week suspension for a crusher tackle during his side's victory over the Eels in Round 14.

Josh Addo-Carr is expected to be sidelined for between 8-10 weeks after suffering a hamstring injury during his side's Round 13 win over the Knights.

Karl Oloapu will miss the entire season with a serious neck injury.

Braden Hamlin-Ueledropped out the squad for his side's clash against the Dogs for an undisclosed reason.

Kade Dykes has been ruled out for the rest of the campaign after struggling with a knee injury.

Dale Finucanesuffered a fractured eye socket in Round 3 in what proved to be his final game in the NRL, as he announced his retirement ahead of Round 8.

DOLPHINS

Dolphinsinjury news:

Jeremy Marshall-King picked up a potentially serious injury early in the round 17 loss to the Dragons.

Jack Bostock left the field in Round 16 within the opening few minutes, displaying category one concussion symptoms. He will miss this week and is then expected to return after the bye.

Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow picked up a shoulder injury during Queensland's loss to NSW and is set to return for Game III.

Tom Flegler could miss the remainder of the season after continuing to struggle with a shoulder issue.

Tom Gilbert suffered a devastating blow in the final trial of the pre-season when he went down with an ACL injury.

GOLD COAST TITANS

Jayden Campbell suffered a hand injury in Round 16 with no time frame for his return provided.

Jojo Fifita was ruled out of his side's Round 16 clash against the Warriors due to illness.

AJ Brimsonis set to return after the club's bye after he sustained a groin injury in Round 10.

Harley Smith-Shieldsis nearing a return after suffering a pec injury in Round 10.

Klese Haas has been ruled out for up to one month after suffering a foot injury ahead of Round 16.

Tony Francis suffered a shoulder injury during his side's win over the Broncos in Round 12. He is expected to return after the bye.

Jaimin Jolliffe suffered a pec injury in the opening minutes of his side's loss to the Knights at Magic Round and will miss around four months.

TinoFa'asuamaleauisuffered a ruptured ACL in Round 3 and will miss the remainder of the campaign.

MANLY SEA EAGLES

Reuben Garrick exited the field with a head knock in Round 15 but is expected to return after the bye.

Tom Trbojevic limped from the field in Round 10 with a hamstring injurybut is scheduled to return next week in the centres.

Josh Aloiai has served his two-week suspension after being charged for a trip during his side's loss to the Panthers in Round 14.

Aaron Woods has returned to running after a three-week layoff due to a calf issue. He is expected to be back for Round 18.

Dean Matterson suffered a sprained foot while playing in reserve grade two weeks ago but is expected to be fine after the bye.

Matthew Lodge suffered a biceps injury during his side's loss to the Broncos in Round 10 and is facing another extended period of time on the sidelines.

Taniela Paseka suffered a fractured thumb during his side's Round 15 win over the Dragons. A time frame has yet to be provided for his return.

Lachlan Croker suffered a neck injury in Round 9 and remains sidelined indefinitely.

Jake Arthursuffereda stress fracture in his foot and has been ruled out for four months, which effectively ends his season.

MELBOURNE STORM

Xavier Coates suffered a hamstring injury in the closing stages of his side's win over the Raiders and will miss up to two months.

Jack Howarth will be sidelined for a week or two with a glute strain.

Ryan Papenhuyzen will miss his side's Round 17 match with a bruised foot.

Nick Meaney has been sidelined with a calf issue he suffered during his side's Round 16 win over the Dolphins.

Cameron Munsteraggravated a groin injury during his side's win over Parramatta at Magic Round. Scans have since confirmed he suffered a tear in the adductor tendon. He will miss 8-10 weeks.

Jonah Pezet suffered an ACL injury while playing in reserve grade and has been ruled out for the remainder of the year.

NEWCASTLE KNIGHTS

Knights injury news:

Phoenix Crossland failed his HIA during Newcastle's win over Parramatta in Round 17.

Leo Thompson was a late withdrawal in Round 17 after struggling with an Achilles injury.

Dylan Lucasdropped out of the side this week after struggling with a hamstring issue.

Kalyn Ponga suffered a Lisfranc injury in Round 7 with the star facing up to three months on the sidelines in a major blow for the Knights and Maroons.

Tyson Gamble limped off with a foot injury at half time in Round 10 and is expected to return later in the season.

NEW ZEALAND WARRIORS

Warriorsinjury news:

Rocco Berry suffered a shoulder injury during his side's clash against Melbourne. He is still being assessed by the club.

Ali Leiataua will be sidelined for around six weeks after suffering an ankle injury at Magic Round, while Paul Roache is set to return not long after his teammate.

Shaun Johnsonwas in visible discomfort at the end of the Warriors' thrashing against the Titans in Round 16. Scans have since confirmed he will miss at least four weeks of action due to an Achilles injury.

Luke Metcalf left the field in Round 4 after suffering a fractured leg and is out indefinitely.

NORTH QUEENSLAND COWBOYS

Jordan McLean has missed the past two weeks after struggling with a calf issue. He has been named to return this week.

Jake Granville suffered a biceps injury during his side's win over the Roosters in Round 13. He was expected to miss six weeks but has been named ahead of schedule in Round 17.

Todd Payten has elected to rest his Origin stars this week with Val Holmes, Murray Taulagi, Tom Dearden, Reece Robson and Reuben Cotter all expected to return in Round 18.

Jeremiah Nanai will not be required to back-up after Origin II with the backrower not included in the squad for Round 17.

Semi Valemei has undergone surgery after suffering an ankle injury during his side's loss to the Titans in Round 10.

Jamayne Taunoa-Brown suffered anAchilles injury last year and will be sidelined until later in the season.

Zac Laybuttsuffered an ACL tear against the Titans in Round 5, which will see him miss the remainder of the season.

Coen Hesssuffered an ACL injury in his side's final trial match against Canberra.He will be sidelined for the season.

PARRAMATTA EELS

Eelsinjury news:

Haze Dunster and Toni Mataele are nearing returns from their respective injuries.

Ofahiki Ogden suffered a pec tear while appearing in the NSW Cup. He is nearing a return to fitness.

Kelma Tuilagi copped a five-match ban after electing to scrap his trip to the judiciary where he was going to seek a downgrade for his dangerous throw charge in Round 15. The backrower is expected to be out for around six weeks due to a thumb injury.

J'maine Hopgood has been ruled out for up to three months after undergoing surgery on a lower back injury. He is unlikely to return for the rest of the season.

Bailey Simonssonsuffered an ACL injury which will see him miss the remainder of the year.

Richard Penisini will miss the entirety of the campaign after suffering an ACL injury in pre-season training, whileArthur Miller-Stephen's has also been ruled out for the season with a knee injury.

PENRITH PANTHERS

Panthers injury news:

Jesse McLean was ruled out of the U19s Origin clash after copping a head knock while making a tackle.

Mitch Kenny and Jack Coledropped out of the side in Round 15 after both suffering quad injuries in training. They are set to be back on deck this week.

Ivan Cleary has opted to rest the majority of his Origin stars following Game II with Dylan Edwards, Brian To'o, Jarome Luai and Liam Martin all expected to return in Round 18.

Nathan Clearyre-aggravated his hamstring injury against the Bulldogs in Round 10. He is expected to return in the coming weeks.

Luke Garnerdropped out of the side for Round 15, with the club saying a hamstring injury will keep him out for a month.

Taylan May is facing alleged domestic violence offences and is out indefinitely.

SOUTH SYDNEY RABBITOHS

SilivaHavili went down with a calf issue during his side's win over the Titans in Round 14 and will miss around one month.

Dean Hawkins suffered a quad injury during his side's Round 9 clash against the Panthers. He will be sidelined for three months.

Campbell Graham has missed the first four months of the campaign after suffering a sternum injury and remains sidelined indefinitely.

Isaiah Tass could reportedly be sidelined for up to three months after undergoing surgery on his ankle.

Tyrone Munro has experienced anotherextended spell on the sidelines after suffering a collarbone injury in Round 6.

Lachlan Iliassuffered a fractured leg while playing in the NSW Cup. He will be sidelined indefinitely.

Tevita Tatola isn't expected to return this year after fracturing his foot earlier in the season.

Mat Feagai suffered a suspected AC joint injury in the side's win over the Dolphins in round 17

Zac Lomax has been ruled out this week after playing through Origin II with a knee issue.

Hame Sele remains sidelined after suffering a fractured shoulder in Round 12.

Moses Suli was ruled out of his side's Round 15 clash after injuring his hamstring during warm-ups. He has been named to start this week.

Jack Bird suffered an ankle injury during his side's loss to the Bulldogs in Round 12. The centreis expected to return in the coming weeks after being included in the reserves for Round 17.

Jesse Marschke is scheduled to return from a hamstring issue in Round 17.

Miakele Ravalawa was sent off for dissent in the NSW Cup after swearing at an official. He was referred directly to the judiciary and copped a four-game ban.

Corey Allan went down in training on the same day as Ronald Volkman's exit news came out with the former Queensland representative suffering an ACL injury which has ruled him out for the year.

Cody Ramsey won't feature in 2024 as he continues to battle with illness.

Joey Manu suffered a broken hand in Round 17.

Joseph Sua'ali'i has entered an early plea following his Origin I send off and will miss four weeks.

Junior Paugawas sent off at the end of the win over the Bulldogs for a careless high tackle and will have to serve a four-match ban.

Billy Smith injured his ankle while playing NSW Cup earlier in the season and will be sidelined indefinitely after requiring surgery.

Egan Butcher suffered a knee injury during his side's win over the Raiders in Round 12. The forward ruptured his ACL and will miss the remainder of the year.

WESTS TIGERS

Alex Twal and Alex Lobb have missed the past two matches after suffering head knocks.

Bud Sullivan suffered a broken finger during his side's loss to the Dragons in Round 14 with the club yet to confirm his return date.

David Klemmer has served his three-match ban for a hip drop tackle during his side's loss to the Cowboys in Round 12 and will return via the bench this week.

John Batemansuffered a pec injury during his side's match against the Knights in Round 10. He is now nearing a return after being included in the extended squad this week.

Isaiah Papali'i suffered an ankle injury as a result of a dangerous tackle in Round 12. He could reportedly be out for up to two months.

Starford To'a suffered a hamstring injuryin Round 10 which has sidelined him indefinitely.
