Born on October 3, 1933, in Charleston, SC, Jean led a life marked by compassion, service, and the warmth of her kitchen. At the age of 90, she left this world as she had lived in it: surrounded by the love of her family, the respect of her colleagues, and the countless memories she created with her friends.
